Christopher Clark, Sr.

Chris Clark has 40-years of experience designing and building over 600 marina projects throughout the world. Before founding Harbormasters in 2006, Clark formed Atlantic Marina Services in 1982 and went on to acquire Thompson Flotation in 1986, and Meeco International in 1993. Clark sold his controlling interest in Atlantic-Meeco in 1999.
 
In 2008, Harbormasters joined forces with the Marinetek Group to form Marinetek North America. As President and 50% owner of Marinetek NA, Clark oversaw the design and construction of Palm Harbor Marina. Harbormasters sold their interest in Marinetek NA in 2010.
Clark is a leading authority on floating dock systems, including concrete technologies; steel and aluminum systems; engineered timber; and covered marina systems. Additionally, he specializes in complex anchoring design systems featuring high-capacity anchoring methods. Clark’s designs can be found in all 50 states, and his marinas grace the covers of the two industry-standard design manuals, Marinas and Small Craft Harbors and Planning and Designing Guidelines for Small Craft Harbors

Christopher Casey Clark, Jr.

Vice President
Casey has 15-years’ experience across all phases of the design and construction of custom floating dock systems, wave attenuators, and anchoring solutions. His expertise includes manufacturing supervision, marina installation, quality control, and an adeptness at technical and administrative operations, as well as contract and project management.
 
Casey began his career in the marina design and construction industry in 2007, assisting with the operations and construction of Waveland Marina in Hull, Massachusetts.  In 2008, he contributed to the formation of Marinetek North America, while also overseeing administrative and operational duties during the design and construction of the custom concrete floating docks at Palm Harbor Marina
 
In 2010, Casey resumed his duties as an integral member of the Harbormasters design and construction team, and subsequently formed Harbormasters Mexico.  Notable projects include Marina Cortez, a highly customized concrete floating marina and wave attenuator with a state-of-the-art anchoring design in La Paz, Baja California Sur; Marina Palms, in North Miami, FL; Brooklyn Navy Yard Ferry Terminal in a supervisory role for StructurMarine; and the perimeter wave attenuator at Marina Papagayo in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. 

Paul Huynh

Director of Technical Planning
Paul has over 30-years’ experience in drafting, technical planning, and marina design. He excels in the creation of detailed shop drawings, complex bills of material, project estimations, and site survey integration. Paul has a passion for the small details. He started his marina career at Thompson Flotation in California and has been responsible for overseeing hundreds of marina building plans.
